INTRABLOCK

Description

Intrablock masterbatches provide two functions, i.e. to prevent the blocking of the inner surface of the bag for easy opening, and to provide a microscopic roughness of the outer surface of the bags to avoid the collapsing of the bag stacks.

Further benefits in film and sheet applications, INTRABLOCK facilitate the winding / unwinding process of the rolls. In thermoforming application, it improves the denesting of the thermoformed articles.

Application

• INTRABLOCK can be applied to various products such as shopping bags, woven bags, plastic packaging, plastic rolls, etc.
• INTRABLOCK is supplied in pellet form to obtain effective and homogenous distribution in the raw material mixture during processing.

Packaging

• INTRABLOCK is supplied in pellet form, in 25 kg PE bags with PP woven laminated paper bag as outer layer
• Store in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
