INTRASTAT

Description

Most plastics have the natural tendency to accumulate static charges, which attract dust to the surface of plastic products. In addition, static charges also reduce the operating efficiency in film manufacturing and packing processes. This can be prevented with anti-static agents.

INTRASTAT masterbatches are mainly based on migratory additive mechanism, which can give fast and long term stable antistatic properties in the presence of atmospheric humidity.

Application

INTRASTAT is supplied in pellet form to obtain effective and homogenous distribution in the raw material mixture during processing. INTRASTAT is suitable for products such as plastic films, woven bags, bottles, pails, houseware, containers especially cosmetic containers, etc. They conform to FDA regulation to be used in food contact application.

Packaging

• INTRASTAT is supplied in pellet form, in 25 kg PE bags with PP woven laminated paper bag as outer layer.
• Store in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
